More than 100 years ago, in the town of Valls (Tarragona, Catalonia), the whole village got together to cook that season’s "Calçots", an elongated sweet onion. The Calçots are roasted then cleaned and dipped in the famous Salsa Calçots. These gatherings take place from November to April and are very popular in the whole of Catalonia. The Salsa Calçots Ferrer is made with fresh ingredients following traditional methods.

Ingredients: Tomato, olive oil, sunflower oil, water, almond, vinegar, spices, garlic, salt and stabilizer: xanthan gum.
