Spanish breadcrumbs are bread and only bread. Baked in the oven and crushed to a fine texture, they are ideal for coating meat or fish and the famous croquetas, but they can also be used as part of a stuffing, or to thicken sauces, stews, etcetera.
Directions for Use: Coat meat, fish, vegetables or croquetas before frying.
Ingredients: Wheatflour, water, yeast and salt.
