Story of the deli
David Pavon, the cheerful owner, loves food – “As a child I remember at my parents’ house that food was always a very important thing.” Food brings joy and people together, it is part of a strong tradition. The idea of opening a spanish deli was always on his mind and one day, when the opportunity cropped up, the dream became a reality… El Colmado opened its doors on the 13 of June 2013.
El Colmado is a genuine Spanish deli in which you’ll find everything you need to discover the incredible richness of Spanish gastronomy.
With shelves and counters full of cheeses, wines, cured meats, paella rice, spices, fresh vegetables and fruits, pulses, seafood and much more, our lovely deli will make you feel like you are in Spain the time of your visit.
