The Enamelled Paella pans are easier to keep clean than the polished Steel pans. They are also oven-proof. Being enamelled, they do not need to be kept oiled when not in use and will look as good as new after many years. Our Paella Pans are of a very high quality, spun to form the pan shape and then enamelled in the company's own kilns. The enamel also makes them a bit easier to clean, even if you've managed to get a good layer of socarrat (caramelized rice on the bottom of the pan). This is the perfect size for ten people.
