This is a small pearl shaped pasta used to thicken soups and broths as well as making them more substantial. Gallo's own recipe ensures that the pasta will not overcook.

Directions for use: Add it to your soup or broth when boiling and cook it until soft.

Ingredients: Durum-wheat flour and water.
